About Focused Woman
Focused Woman International was founded on the 5th December, 2008, by Cyprianna Bethel. Focused Woman International is a network of professional women who are committed to encourage women to strategically impact their world of influence.
Focused Woman International concentrates on providing opportunities for women to utilize their gifts, experiences and professional skills to enhance the life of another woman. FWI is mandated to ensure that future generations of professionals display the highest level of ethical Godly standards that transform lives.
Focused Woman International is an all encompassing network of professional women who are determined to encourage, strengthen, define and refine women to strategically impact their world of influence. This organization was birthed by its Founder, Cyprianna Bethel, on the 5th December, 2008.
Focused Woman International is a non-profit organization which concentrates on providing opportunities for women to utilize their gifts, experiences and professional skills to enhance the life of another woman.
This organization is founded on Christian principles and is driven by a desire to fulfill a Kingdom lifestyle on earth. Focused Woman International is mandated and committed to ensuring that future generations of professionals display the highest level of ethical and Godly standards that transform lives.

Pursuing a vision and fulfilling a passion to assist professional women to make a strategic impact in their sphere of influence, Focused Woman International (FWI) is an all encompassing network of professional women determined to equip women to become focused agents of change. FWI concentrates on providing opportunities for women to utilize their gifts, experiences and professional skills to enhance the lives of others.
Recognizing the vital and increasingly important role to be played by FWI, and the desire to foster and encourage excellence in all of its undertakings by establishing and maintaining high ethical standards, FWI has adopted, and each of its members subscribes to, the following Code of Ethics:
- To conduct our personal lives, corporate ministry, and business affairs in a way that will not bring shame or reproach to the name of the Lord or FWI or its members;
- To take pride in our organization and uphold and support its goals and activities;
- To show respect for the rights and opinions of others and be courteous at all times;
- To speak the truth in love;
- To recognize and respect what the Lord is doing through other individuals and organizations while refraining from unnecessary criticism of them;
- To honor our obligations to business associates, neighbors, the community and the government;
- To address violations of this Code of Ethics, according to the principles and procedures set forth in God's word and in the Bylaws of FWI.
- To establish a training retreat center for women, concentrating on training and development, mentoring, enrichment, relaxation and preparation for focused influence in the marketplace.
- To transform and empower women through activities and opportunities sponsored by Focused Woman International.
- To host and facilitate training and educational activities.
- To establish a formal mentoring program for young professional women.
- To be transformed by participating in events and networking opportunities sponsored by Focused Woman International.
- To communicate to women the opportunities for self-improvement and enhancement.
- To empower women by exposing and engaging them in seminars and activities designed to strengthen their gifting.
- To inspire women to set goals and standards to improve their image and scope of influence in their respective worlds.

Who is a Focused Woman?
